Aminadab AgdeboroAminadab Adegboro (Commerial and Corporate Law LLM, 2013) was recently featured in The Guardian (Nigeria), where she was interviewed about retraining from her career in a commercial law firm in Abuja, Nigeria, to become a chef and later a business entrepreneur. In 2017, Aminadab sought to pursue her entrepreneurial dreams by building a business around her passions for healthy food, beverages and sports. She opened a cycling themed restaurant/café called Pitstop Lagos, a cycling, and fitness inspired restaurant for all wellness enthusiasts to relax, replenish, recharge and network.
