Profile

Dr Fenech Magrin qualified as Doctor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Malta. She obtained her Certificate of Completion of Specialty Training in Public Health Medicine. During this period, she also completed a Masters Degree in Public Health Medicine from the University of Malta. While working in public health, she was entrusted with various roles both on national committees and on international representations.

While still in specialty training, Dr Fenech Magrin started gaining experience in the field of Aesthetic Medicine by working in various leading cosmetic clinics. Being a Public Health Specialist and having the safety and well-being of her patients close to heart, she enrolled for the first postgraduate programme in aesthetic medicine which was being offered by the School of Medicine and Dentistry at Queen Mary University of London. Dr Fenech Magrin completed her Masters Degree in Aesthetic Medicine with Distinction.

She is currently Deputy Course Lead for the Masters of Science programme in Aesthetic Medicine at Queen Mary while serving as a senior clinical lecturer on the same course.

Dr Fenech Magrin is invited on a regular basis to participate in a number of international workshops to demonstrate her clinical skills in aesthetic procedures to other physicians. She has also organised and taught in cadaveric workshops in Aesthetic Medicine across Europe.

In 2016 she was awarded the “Best Lecturer Award” by the faculty at Queen Mary for her excellent contribution to the postgraduate courses in Aesthetic Medicine.

Dr Fenech Magrin is a founding member of the Aesthetic Physicians Association of Malta, the Mediterranean Academy of Aesthetic and Regenerative Medicine and the European Institute of Aesthetic Medicine. She is also Medical Director at MediSkin Clinic in Malta and her special areas of interest are regenerative medicine and the application of cadaveric anatomy to aesthetic medicine.
