Community Guidelines

We aim to be the most inclusive university of our kind and these community guidelines apply to all communities on social media, online and in person that we manage.

These guidelines aim to make communities we manage a space to talk about your course at Queen Mary and get support from your peers.

  1. SPAM: No spam, abusive, offensive or inappropriate content.
  2. RESPECT: Always be respectful in your posts thinking about tone and do not post anything that may offend your fellow students.
  3. QMUL ONLY: The group is for your course at Queen Mary only. Please do not dominate the chat with social/general conversation.
  4. REPORT: Please report any concerns via the admins in the group or to
  5. DAYTIME ONLY: Please keep communication to admins or general questions during appropriate working hours 9-6pm on weekdays.
  6. EMAIL DON'T DM IF IMPORTANT: Email is the best way to get official answers to questions, compliment or complain about your study. Email to get to your admin team.
