Profile

Dr Harding is a BHF sponsored Clinical Research Training Fellow in the Marelli-Berg laboratory at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL). He completed his chemistry and medical degrees at the University of Oxford prior to clinical cardiology training in London. His research background includes molecular biology (Oxford, Prof C Schofield) and genetic immunology (London, Prof F Brennan). He was previously an academic clinical fellow at University College London (UCL) before joining QMUL.

Summary
My research focuses on the role of the immune system in cardiovascular disease, specifically the role of T-cells in dilated cardiomyopathy and acute myocarditis.
