Our on-campus Open Days are your chance to visit our Mile End campus and experience what it's like to be a student at Queen Mary.

Our next open day will take place on Saturday 10 October 2026, 10:00am - 4:00pm.

If you have not made an advance booking you can register when you arrive on campus. To find event timings and the registration point locations please explore the Open Day Schedule.

Open Days accessible for all

If you need extra support to help you during, or getting to, one of our on-campus open days, we’ve got you covered.

Visiting with a disability or long-term health condition

If you have a disability or long-term health condition we can help to meet your accessibility requirements for the event, including providing on site parking if you have a Blue Badge.

If you need help during the event, you can visit our ambassadors at the Access and Support Hub who can help guide you.

Our Disability and Dyslexia Team will be on hand to provide information on how we’ll support you applying to and during your time at Queen Mary.

We also offer quiet spaces for visitors who may need to take a break during the event.

Support for those who are care experienced or estranged

If you’re care experienced or estranged you can speak to our support teams for tailored advice and guidance during the event. A good place to start may be visiting the Access and Support hub/stand at the student services fair. You may also be eligible for our travel bursary.

Widening Participation Travel Bursary

Our Widening Participation Travel Bursary aims to bring students who have specific characteristics, typically under-represented in higher education, to our open days. The bursary aims to help students make informed choices about their future by exploring the options available to them. 

Eligibility for the travel bursary includes:

Those in receipt of Free School Meals within the last six years 
Care Leavers or those who are Care Experienced, or Estranged 
Students with a disability 
Students currently participating in one of our access programmes

Eligible students will receive an invitation to apply after registering for the event.

When registering to attend one of our Open Days please fill out the relevant information on the booking form to enable us to support you before and at the event.
