The book examines the growing strategic trend of inter-State multi-forum litigation - a practice where states simultaneously or sequentially utilize multiple international judicial institutions to address the same underlying conflict. Professor Voulgaris (King's College London) blends legal analysis with political science to explore what happens when the International Court of Justice (ICJ) is drawn into high-stakes geopolitical crises.
