Employer Partnerships
We work with law firms, in-house legal teams, public sector organisations and professional bodies to develop legal education that reflects the realities of modern practice.
Our partnerships span solicitor apprenticeships, executive education, employer-led learning and research collaboration. Together, we help organisations develop talent, address skill needs and strengthen connections between legal education and practice.
Executive Education and Thought Leadership
We work with organisations on executive education programmes and research-led initiatives that bring together academic expertise and professional practice.
Through events, collaborative projects and thought leadership activity, employers can engage with legal research, contribute to sector discussions and connect with academics, practitioners and industry peers.
Our executive education programmes are designed in collaboration with organisations and combine academic expertise with practical application, helping employers address skills gaps through flexible, professionally focused learning.

Solicitor Apprenticeships
The Academy works with employers to develop future legal talent through solicitor apprenticeships that combine workplace learning, academic study and professional development.
Apprenticeships provide a levy-funded route to attract, develop and retain talent while supporting long-term workforce planning. Employers also have opportunities to contribute to learning through guest lectures, skills workshops, case studies and workplace-based learning experiences.

Join the Advisory Board
Our Advisory Board brings together employers and sector leaders to provide insight into the future of legal practice and professional education.
Members help inform programme development, support curriculum relevance and strengthen connections between legal education and the workplace.
We welcome conversations with organisations interested in contributing their expertise and helping to shape the next generation of legal professionals.
