Dr Tibisay Morgandi, Queen Mary University of London, and Professor Lorand Bartels, University of Cambridge, in conversation with Professor Roger O'Keefe (Bocconi University), will discuss whether there is a way under the law of treaties for states parties withdrawing from the Energy Charter Treaty to circumvent the treaty’s 20-year sunset clause. The event is part of the Bocconi Conversations in International Law series.
