Dr Tibisay Morgandi gives a talk at Bocconi University

Dr Tibisay Morgandi, Queen Mary University of London, and Professor Lorand Bartels, University of Cambridge, in conversation with Professor Roger O'Keefe (Bocconi University), will discuss whether there is a way under the law of treaties for states parties withdrawing from the Energy Charter Treaty to circumvent the treaty’s 20-year sunset clause. The event is part of the Bocconi Conversations in International Law series. It will take place in hybrid format on Friday, 19 April 2024, 4:30-6:00pm at Bocconi University, via Röntgen 1, 20136 Milan, room 1.c3.01.
