Dr Davor Jancic’s research on the European Parliament and EU development cooperation policy, was cited in the Opinion delivered by Advocate General Laila Medina on 9 February 2023 in the European Court of Justice Case C‑15/22 RF v Finanzamt G. This is a request for a preliminary ruling from the Bundesfinanzhof, Germany’s Federal Finance Court.
Dr Jancic’s article, co-authored with Paul James Cardwell of King’s College London and entitled “The European Parliament and Development Cooperation: Democratic Participation in the ‘Low Politics’ of EU External Relations” was published in the Journal of European Integration.
