Maks Del Mar, Professor of Legal Theory and Legal Humanities, delivered a lecture, on 27 September 2021, at the University of Amsterdam, under the title: ‘Does Imagination Matter to Legal Reasoning?’. A recording of the lecture is available on Youtube. The lecture described the process and experience of writing Artefacts of Legal Inquiry: The Value of Imagination in Adjudication (2020), and some of its major claims and arguments.
