In November 2018, Dr Davor Jancic, Lecturer in the Law Department, visited Renmin University of China within the Erasmus+ mobility scheme. During the visit, he gave lectures in EU law and the democratic aspects of regional and global governance. He held meetings with Chinese students and a QMUL student currently on exchange at Renmin. Davor also discussed avenues for future research collaboration with scholars from Renmin. In his words, this was “a very valuable and thoroughly enriching experience, both academically and culturally” and he warmly recommends colleagues to engage in similar activities.
