Penny Green is Professor of Law and Globalisation and Head of the Law Department at Queen Mary University of London. She is the founder and Director of the award winning International State Crime Initiative (ISCI) which is based at Queen Mary. ISCI is a multi-disciplinary international initiative to collate, analyse and disseminate research-based knowledge about criminal state practices and resistance to them. Her alumni seminar will focus first on developments at the law school particularly in light of the covid-19 pandemic before turning to ISCI and her research on the Rohingya genocide.
