The School of Information is located on Central Campus in downtown Ann Arbor.

This is an approximation determined by the number of applications received for this destination during the last academic year versus the total number of exchange spaces available to Queen Mary students.

IMPORTANT: Students are required to take 50% of their courses from the School of Information, and 50% can come from other U-M Schools and Colleges. Please check your degree programme requirements with your academic department to ensure you are able to do this for your particular degree programme before including this destination in your application.
Students must take at least two UM School of Information (UMSI) classes (6 credits) - the rest (minimum of 12 credits total) can be from outside the school.

Undergraduate modules have normal values of 3 to 4 Michigan credits each. Students must take minimum 12 credits per semester, but most full-time students take 15 credits. Queen Mary students studying at Michigan must take four modules (12-16 Michigan credits) per semester.
