Profile

The Business Development Manager provides expert leadership on the development of relationships with external partners and clients. They support the expansion and diversification of the School’s sources of income, and increase the impact of the School's employability services.

Nicola leads projects and advises colleagues in the School who wish to explore new partnerships and activities. She identifies risks in the delivery of business development initiatives and develops processes to mitigate those risks.

She is the first point of contact for business development projects involving the School of Business and Management, including the SKETCH project.

The Business Development Manager sits in the Business Development Team and line manages the Business Development Officer, Mentoring and Business Development Officer and Professional Development Coordinator.
