Office Coordinator



The Office Coordinator is a member of Professional Services Staff in the School of Business and Management. They work in a busy student-centred environment performing a variety of tasks associated with office administration and staff support.  They provide the 'front-line' customer services, dealing with a range of enquiries (in person, by email or telephone) and are the first point of welcome for visitors to the School.  

Anisha provides support for student enquiries via Student Support Reception or virtual e-reception. She is responsible for admin office, for the postroom and kitchen; additionally, she provides financial and events support. She facilitates interviews and arranging offices for new starters. She is the main point of contact for estates and building project teams and works on the facilities and building projects with the Strategic Project Manager and the Business Support Manager.

The Office Coordinator sits in the Executive and Operations Team and is line managed by the Business Support Manager.
