Profile

Dr Saqib Shamim is a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Social Innovation and Strategy and Programme Director for the Innovation and Entrepreneurship MSc at the School of Business and Management.

Previously, he served as Lecturer in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Director of the International Business BSc at Kent Business School, University of Kent.

His research interests include innovation management, digital transformations, dynamic capabilities and strategic alignment. He has published in journals such as the British Journal of Management, Information and Management; International Business Review; International Journal of Human Resource Management, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Technology Forecasting and Social Change, and Computers in Human Behaviour, among others.
