On Wednesday the 5th of November 2014, Dr Elena Doldor, Lecturer in Organizational Behaviour at the School of Business and Management, was invited to speak at the IBM Connect Event in London. The IBM BusinessConnect event saw the coming together of over 500 leaders and industry experts in Marketing, Finance, Human resources and IT, in private and public-sector organisations.Dr Doldor was invited to contribute to a panel discussion titled “Diverse leadership pipelines and inclusive cultures - we know what works, what is stopping organisations from doing it?”, in the ‘Workforce Transformation’ track of the event.
