A British Academy Grant has been awarded to Dr Hazel Conley and Dr Tessa Wright (with Prof. Sian Moore of UWE) to work on pilot study on Developing a Framework for Equality Bargaining in the Rail Sector.
Equality bargaining is vitally important contemporary issue and the results of the study will have important policy implications in the field of equality and diversity.
