The one-day symposium showcased the work of PGRs, early career researchers and established scholars, who engaged with questions of trauma, memory and the body in light of ways in which Suspiria (1977) and Suspiria (2018) negotiate both cinematic and lived history. The event was supported by the British Association of Film, Television and Screen Studies (BAFTSS).
