The School of Business and Management and the School of Economics and Finance have joined together to deliver our Rise Up: Women in Business and Finance initiative.

Women in Business and Finance

Business and Finance sectors are widely thought to be male-dominated fields, but here at Queen Mary University of London, we want to empower females of the future to break through into exciting careers in these interesting sectors.

Comprising of digital resources and in-person events, we hope to better support females of the future to pursue university studies and careers in the fields of business and finance with our Rise Up: Women in Business and Finance events and digital resources.

Rise Up Event, Tuesday 9 January 2024

Designed for students who identify as female in Years 10-13, this event aims to inspire the future generation of business and finance leaders. Our event will provide a taste of what business and finance studies include, insights from successful graduates from Queen Mary, and an insight into what studies at Queen Mary University of London are like. Students, alumnae and staff will be on hand to answer any questions you may have throughout the event.
