Student Support Officers

Every undergraduate law student has a designated Student Support Officer. Our Student Support Officers are compassionate and highly trained. They are there to offer a confidential and safe space for you to discuss any issues or matters you may have.

They offer weekly one-to-one sessions, and some group sessions and can assist you with a range of matters including mental health support and difficulties with studies.

Module tutors

Our staff have a wealth of experience both in and out of the classroom. If you have any academic matters relating to your modules you need to discuss, you can speak to your module tutors or speak to the module convener in their office ours.

Everyone is in the same position, please do not be afraid to ask for help and advice, but mainly try and enjoy every moment here, just remember we are all here to help you.
— Sheila Shirley, Undergraduate Student Support Manager
