LAW6202 Introduction to French Private Law

This module is only available to students on the English and French Law LLB.

The module 'Introduction to French Private Law' introduces the rules that govern the relationships between individuals, being physical persons or moral persons. It provides an introduction to the sources of French private law, the court system in France, and the basic principles, procedures, and values that govern contractual and non-contractual obligations. The module will be taught in French.
