Towards Harmonisation of Multimodal Transport Law in ASEAN

Summary of research

The research explores a feasible way for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) to achieve a higher level of multimodal transport harmonisation through implementing the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Multimodal Transport (AFAMT), taking into account the experience of the European Union (EU), so as to make full use of it in achieving the ASEAN economic objectives.
