New laws to curb power of Apple, Google, Amazon and Facebook

Professor Ioannis Kokkoris was featured in the Times discussing what this means for Big Tech.

Brussels has pledged to reset the rules governing the world’s largest technology giants with a new law to curtail their power that experts believe will become a global benchmark. Ioannis Kokkoris, a Professor of Competition Law at Queen Mary University of London, said the legislation is "here to stay and will be quickly mirrored in a number of countries. The flexibility that Big Tech had will be constrained, as the regulatory ‘straitjacket’ will get tighter globally.”
