Valsamis Mitsilegas, Professor of European Criminal Law and Global Security and Deputy Dean for Global Engagement (Europe) at Queen Mary University of London, took part in a workshop organised by the European Data Protection Supervisor on 9 October. The workshop brought together key stakeholders from EU institutions, governments and academia as part of the consultative process on the data protection implications of the reform of Europol.
