Professor Dr Rafael Leal-Arcas invited to be the keynote speaker at international energy law conference in Madrid

Professor Rafael Leal-Arcas, Jean Monnet Chair holder in EU International Economic Law at Queen Mary University of London, is invited to be the keynote speaker at the conference “International Energy Disputes in the 21st Century and the Global Role of the European Union and Spain in the Green Energy Transition”.

The conference, organised by IE Law School and kindly sponsored by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will take place on 25 September.

The title of Professor Leal-Arcas’s presentation is Energy security and decarbonisation: Key pillars of the European Energy Union.
