An article in The Telegraph on problems with the handling of domestic abuse cases within the UK justice system has referenced a Queen Mary study.
The article reads: “Last year, a hard-hitting report published by Women’s Aid and Queen Mary University of London called for an independent inquiry into ‘harmful attitudes towards domestic abuse survivors’ in the family courts, which deal with custody disputes and some aspects of domestic violence.”
