Queen Mary and Women's Aid research featured in FT article on alleged domestic abusers cross-examining their victims

The UK government is set to honour a pledge to ban the practice of alleged domestic abusers cross-examining their victims in the family court. In May, the charity Women’s Aid released research with Queen Mary which showed that in a survey of 72 survivors around a quarter reported that they had been cross-examined by an abusive ex-partner during a family court hearing. Read the full article in Financial Times (subscription required).
