Professor Malik Dahlan comments on the relationship between Russia and Saudi Arabia for The Washington Post


Three decades after the Soviet Union collapsed and the United States emerged as the undisputed superpower in the Middle East and North Africa, a resurgent Russia is back. Malik Dahlan, a Saudi who is a Professor of International Law and Public Policy at Queen Mary University of London said: “Putin is effectively working as the psychoanalyst of the region.
