Professor Valsamis Mitsilegas published policy paper on the EU response to the Barcelona terrorist attacks

Professor Valsamis Mitsilegas has co-authored a policy paper on "Reflections on the Terrorist Attacks in Barcelona: Constructing a principled and trust-based EU approach to countering terrorism". 

The Policy paper is an outcome of Professor Mitsilegas’s on-going collaboration with the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS).

• Professor Mitsilegas is Professor of European Criminal Law, Head of the Department of Law, Dean for Research (Humanities and Social Sciences) at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL). He is also Co-Director of QMUL's Criminal Justice Centre.
