A report on Costs and Security for Costs prepared by the joint ICCA and Queen Mary's Institute for Regulation and Ethics Task Force on Third-Party Funding in International Arbitration has been released. The report is the first in a series of reports prepared by the Task Force on a range of issues that arise as a result of third-party funder participation in international arbitration.
