Dr Noam Shemtov to speak at the annual Managing Intellectual Property Forum

Dr Noam Shemtov, Senior Lecturer in Intellectual Property and Technology Law at Queen Mary University of Law (QMUL), will give a talk on ‘Integrating European Trade Mark Reform into your portfolio’ at the Managing Intellectual Property Forum 2016 in London, 5 October. The Forum will be looking to the future of IP enforcement, focusing on the implications of the new EU Trade Mark Directive; the impact of Brexit on European filing strategies and enforcement; the future of IP in the digital world; and where design protection is heading given recent landmark decisions in the UK and US. The MIP IP Enforcement Forum will bring together leaders in corporations, industry associations and leading legal experts - both in house counsels and private practice lawyers.
