Dr Georgosouli joins project on implementation of the FSB Key Attributes for Effective Resolution Regimes in the EU

Published:

Dr Andromachi Georgosouli, Senior Lecturer in Law at QMUL's Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS), joins forces with Dr Tara Rice and Dr Nick Coleman, economists at the US Treasury and the Federal Reserve Board respectively, to develop a better method of measuring/monitoring progress in implementing reform globally. The project considers the implementation of the FSB Key Attributes for Effective Resolution Regimes in the EU and it is be carried out in two phases focusing respectively on regional and country specific adherence. The quantification of regional and, in due course, of country-specific adherence to the ‘Key Attributes’ will allow cross country comparison of resolution regimes at a level that has not been possible before.
