The Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS) and the School of International Arbitration (SIA) are sponsoring the IDRA International Dispute Resolution Masterclass in Beijing, 24-28 October.
This five-day intensive masterclass programme focuses on what lawyers, arbitrators and cross-border trading companies and merchants need to know about the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration, UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Conciliation, UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules and UNCITRAL Conciliation Rules.
Professor Maxi Scherer, Chair in International Arbitration, Dispute Resolution and Energy Law at CCLS, will be giving the 'IDRA Lecture on Applicable laws in international arbitration' at the event.
