Dr Prakash Shah discusses his book 'Against Caste in British Law' on BBC Asian Network

Dr Prakash Shah, Reader in Culture and Law at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), was featured on Nihal’s show on the BBC Asian Network 30 October 2015 to discuss caste discrimination amongst British Asians and his new book ‘Against Caste in British Law: A Critical Perspective on the Caste Discrimination Provision in the Equality Act 2010’ which explains how the legal provision on caste will have damaging consequences for employers and businesses and the freedom of association of Indian communities.
