Dr Noam Shemtov, Senior Lecturer at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS), will speak at 'Science Summit: Strategy for Excellence' conference on 10 December. His topic is 'Does Intellectual Property law limit openness and information sharing and has openness of information changed IP significantly?'. The event is intended to support universities and research institutions in their strategies to achieve excellence in research and to deliver economic growth on an institutional, local and international level.
