Dr Maksymilian Del Mar, Senior Lecturer in Law and Philosophy and Director of the Centre for Law and Society in a Global Context at Queen Mary University of London, spoke at events at the School of Law at the National University of Singapore in May and at Harvard Law School, USA, in June.
In Singapore, Dr Del Mar spoke at a special workshop on ‘The Current Condition and Future Directions of Legal Theory’.
At Harvard Law School, at a conference on ‘Contemporary Legal Thought’, Dr Del Mar chaired a session and also spoke about ‘The Relational Imagination’, i.e. about the variety of legal devices available for generating normative space to improve relations between institutions, communities and traditions.
