Dr Violeta Moreno-Lax, Lecturer in Law at Queen Mary University of London, has been invited by the Red Cross and the University of Luxembourg to speak on the movement of migrants and refugees in search of protection across the Mediterranean Sea.
The event will be held in Luxembourg on 4 November 2014.
