Dr Maxi Scherer has been invited to speak at the First Annual Program of CICIA on Third Party Funding of International Arbitrations on 7 February 2014. The conference is being organised by the Center for International Commercial and Investment Arbitration at Columbia Law School in New York. Dr Scherer will join the third panel discussion entitled 'Disclosure, Transparency, Confidences'.
