Queen Mary and Humboldt University students present their research in Cybercrime Seminar

Students from the Centre for Commercial Law Studies at Queen Mary and from the Law Department at Humboldt Universität, Berlin, presented at student cybercrime seminar on 21-23 June 2013. The joint seminar was held at Cumberland Lodge, Windsor, UK. Students (LLM, PhD and German state examinations) from both universities presented on the law relating to cybercrime and in particular on the fight against child sex abuse images, the regulation of online gambling, cyberfraud, cyber-harassment and online pornography as part of their research dissertations. The presentation allowed interesting comparisons between English and German Law. The social highlight of the seminar was attending Chapel in Great Windsor Park with her Majesty the Queen.
