Dr Violeta Moreno-Lax, Lecturer in Law at Queen Mary, delivered a paper for the COST Workshop on The Concept and Protection of the ‘Climate Migrant’ on 18 October 2013. Her paper was titled ‘The EU, Climate Change and Human Displacement: No Tools to Cope?’ The workshop was held at the University of Macedonia in Thessalonki, Greece.
