Dr Maks Del Mar organised two workshops and presented three papers at the World Congress of the International Association for Legal and Social Philosophy held at the Goethe University in Frankfurt 15-20 August 2011.
The papers he gave were: 1) The Evaluative Life: MacCormick’s Jurisprudence between Fact and Value; 2) Legal Fictions: Science, Change and Ethical Pragmatism; and 3) Exemplary Narratives: Interdisciplinary Perspectives.
