The EPO-funded EIPTN workshop was held in Prague on 27 June 2011. More than 70 Intellectual Property academics from 16 European countries participated in the two day event. The workshop programme and presentations are available from the EIPTN website.
Dr Duncan Matthews, Reader in Intellectual Property Law at Queen Mary is the co-founder and co-ordinator of the EIPTN and co-organised this year’s workshop together with the Institute of Copyright Law, Industrial Property Rights and Competition Law, Faculty of Law, Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic.
