Queen Mary LLM alumna elected to the Bench in Botswana

Mrs Leatile Dambe has been appointed as a High Court Judge in Botswana, Africa. Mrs Dambe holds a Master of Laws (LLM) specialising in banking and finance law from Queen Mary, University of London.

She studied Queen Mary LLM modules including international commercial arbitration, interests in securities (property law analysis of international securities markets), regulation of financial markets and banking law.

Mrs Dambe is the current Director of Public Prosecutions in Botswana. She previously held the position of deputy attorney general (prosecutions). Read more on the Botswana government news website.
