Professor Peter Alldridge - UK set to pass legislation to curb bribery

New legislation being introduced will make it an offence for British companies and their employees to be involved in any kind of bribery, which occurred during the Commonwealth Games earlier in the year.

Professor Peter Alldridge said: "The British company will need to do a risk evaluation, it will ask itself, well we are talking of entering into a contract with a company in India with regard to the Commonwealth Games, is this high risk for bribery? And it will have a whole scheme of things that identify the kind of contracts that are high risk for bribery."
