The LLM in Law and Economics and MSc in Law and Finance Annual Lecture 2018 is titled 'Too Big to Fool: Moral Hazard, Bailouts and Corporate Responsibility' and will be delivered by Professor Steven L. Schwarcz. The event will be followed by a drinks reception.

About the Speaker

This lecture will be led by Professor Stephen L. Schwarcz from Duke University School of Law. He is the Stanley A. Star Professor of Law & Business at Duke University and Founding Director of Duke’s interdisciplinary Global Capital Markets Center (now renamed the Global Financial Markets Center). His areas of research and scholarship include insolvency and bankruptcy law, international finance, capital markets, systemic risk, corporate governance, and commercial law.
