The School of International Arbitration organises it’s yearly series of Co-Curricular Seminars touching upon practical issues and hot topics in International Commercial and Investment Arbitration.

Dr Beata Gessel will be the key speaker of the first seminar in the topic of application of the substantive law in international commercial arbitration – limits and challenges for the arbitrators’ discretion.

Dr Gessel will be joined by Steven Finizio.

The seminar will be moderated by Norah Gallagher (SIA).
