If you submit your application before the UCAS deadline (25 January 2023 for September 2023 entry), you will receive the decision by 18 May 2023, at the very latest.
You will be notified of the decision through UCAS Track or MySIS.
We will do our best to provide guidance on how to apply, but we may not be able to advise you on some of the UCAS processes, so we encourage you to get in touch with either a UCAS Advisor, a staff member from your college/school or yours parents/guardians. Alternatively, you can reach out to our Student Recruitment Team on sbmenquiries@qmul.ac.uk.
We can only discuss your application with you, unless you provide written consent that another person can do so. You can also nominate a proxy on your UCAS application under 'nominated access'.
After you receive an offer – either conditional or unconditional, you will be able to apply for accommodation online. You can find the eligibility criteria, deadline and further guideline on the accommodation page.

You can update your details on UCAS Track – the system will then send us an update within 24 hours. However, if your details change closer to the start of your course, we recommend you email sbmugadm@qmul.ac.uk with your updated contact details, quoting your UCAS ID number.
