Profile

The Student Recruitment and Marketing Manager leads on marketing and student recruitment activities for the School, with the aim of increasing the number of high-quality applications for undergraduate and postgraduate taught programmes.

Sapna develops and implements a marketing plan, and undertakes market research, in line with the University's overarching marketing strategy. She manages the School’s advertising campaigns and develops and implements communications plans for enquirers, applicants, offer-holders, and influencers.

Sapna works with the Faculty Public Relations Manager (l.frodsham@qmul.ac.uk) to highlight opportunities for media coverage.

The Student Recruitment and Marketing Manager leads the School Marketing and Recruitment Team and line-manages the Digital Communications Officer and the Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator.
