Student Engagement Manager

Profile

The Student Engagement Manager leads on the administration of student engagement, working with academics and support staff to facilitate and develop new initiatives and support systems.

The Student Engagement Manager oversees the extenuating circumstances process, academic advising sessions and is responsible for monitoring student retention and student recruitment.

The Student Engagement Manager line manages the School's Engagement Team, which consists of the Student Support Officers, Academic Writing Tutor and Quantitative Skills Tutor.

The Student Engagement Manager reports to the Teaching and Learning Manager.
